Create Submission

  • Method 1 : Access through Form header
  1. Choose a Template
    1. Click the [Create submission] picker.

b. The [Choose Templates] dialog appears.

        • Allow single selection: Click a template to select it.
        • The selected option turns blue.
        • The “Done” button becomes enabled once a template is chosen.

Click Done to proceed.

  1. Configure Submission Setting
    1. The [New Submission] dialog opens:
        • Displays the form name and project name in the description, synced automatically.

b. View Steps:

        • Hover over the text “{amount} teams” under the steps section to display a tooltip with the team tags.

c. Set Expiration (Optional):

        • Toggle “Set expiration time” on.
        • Displays a description, date picker, and time picker.
        • Default values:
        • Date: Today + 30 days.
        • Time: 5:00 PM.
        • Toggle “Send expiry reminder” on.
        • Displays a description and an input for the reminder period in days.

d. Notes on Validity (if applicable):

        • If the template includes validity settings, a note appears under the steps section:
        • Example: “The validity period will start once the {stepName} is completed, and the form will remain valid for {Days}. After {Days}, the form will expire automatically.”
  1. Create Submission
    1. Click “Create” to finalize the submission.
    2. Notifications:
        • Project members with relevant team tags receive notifications.
    3. Redirect to the Fill Submission page with the created submission ready for input.
  • Method 2: Access through an assigned template
  1. Click “Create submission” by clicking “More” icon in the template row, or the “Create Submission” button in the template’s data table.
  2. The [New Submission] dialog opens:
      • Displays the form name and project name in the description, synced automatically.
  1. View Steps:
