Using QR Codes for Check In/Out

Make equipment tracking quick and easy with QR codes.

🔧 How it Works:

1. Print & Attach
   • Each equipment has a unique QR code.

   • Print it and stick it onto the equipment.

     Scan to Check In/Out

   • Team members can scan the QR code using their phone to:
     • Check In/Out the equipment
     • Update its location

     • View current status and history

       Track on the Map

   • If location data is available, the equipment will appear on the Track Map.
