Overview of the To-Dos Feature

The To-Dos feature helps teams stay on track by listing and managing tasks for each project. It includes both Task To-Dos and Form To-Dos, which can be easily switched between by tapping the tab.

With To-Dos, you can:

  • Create tasks with descriptions, due dates, and priorities
  • Assign tasks to specific team members or roles
  • Track progress with status updates and comments
  • Attach files or photos to give context or show proof of completion
  • Refine results using the filter under the + button to find specific tasks or submissions

This keeps the entire team aligned, reduces miscommunication, and ensures that important work gets done on time.
