6. Handling Billing and Invoices
Use the Plans & Invoices section to manage billing details, update invoice information, and review past invoices.
Only users with billing access can view or update billing and invoice settings.

Update your billing information
If your payment card expires or you need to use a new card, update your billing information from Plans & Invoices.
- Open Plans & Invoices.
- Select the option to update your billing information.
- Enter the new card details.
- Click Update billing information.
Your new payment information will be saved for future invoices.
Change the invoice email or invoice notes
You can choose which email address receives invoices. This is useful if invoices should go directly to an accountant or finance team member.
You can also add invoice notes when your finance team needs extra information on the invoice.
- Open Plans & Invoices.
- Select the option to edit invoice details.
- Enter the invoice recipient email.
- Add any invoice notes if needed.
- Save the changes.
Future invoices will use the updated invoice email and notes.
View past invoices
You can review past invoices from Plans & Invoices.
Scroll to the invoice history section, then select the invoice you want to view. This can help with bookkeeping, payment records, or year-end accounting.
