Who can access billing
Only users with billing access can view the Billing page and past invoices.
Billing access may depend on your role and permissions.
Free trial
All users receive a 30-day free trial after registration.
After the trial ends, you need an active subscription to continue using paid features.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are prepaid for a full year.
Your billing date is based on the subscription start date. For example, if your subscription starts on May 20, 2025, the annual subscription period runs until May 19, 2026.
For annual subscriptions:
- The initial payment is charged for the full year.
- Renewal payments are charged on the subscription anniversary.
- New users added during the year are prorated until the end of the annual billing cycle.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are prepaid each month.
For monthly subscriptions:
- The initial payment may be prorated for the current month.
- Future payments are prepaid on the last day of the previous month.
- For example, the April subscription is prepaid on March 31.
Adding users
When you add users, billing may change based on your subscription type.
For annual subscriptions:
- New users are prorated from the date they are added until the end of the annual billing cycle.
- The added user charge is billed when the user is added.
For monthly subscriptions:
- New users may be charged a prorated amount.
- Renewal is based on the total number of users on the last day of the previous month.
Removing or deactivating users
Removing or deactivating users does not refund prepaid subscription amounts.
For monthly subscriptions, the next renewal amount is based on the total number of users counted on the last day of the previous month.
For annual subscriptions, deactivating a user can free a seat for another member. Subscription cost updates are reflected at the next renewal based on the current number of active users.
Auto renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Renewal is based on your subscription type and the number of active users or seats in your account at the time of renewal.
Downgrades and refunds
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, users keep access until the end of the current subscription period.
Switching from annual to monthly billing is available when the annual subscription ends.
Plan downgrades, such as moving from Pro Plus Annual to Pro Annual, take effect at the end of the annual subscription period.
