What you can manage

Use Members to manage people in your GoBuid account.


Depending on your permissions, you can invite members, update Admin Roles, assign project access, manage seat types, and remove members from the account or from projects.


Open member details

  1. Go to Members.
  2. Select a member.
  3. Review their account role, seat type, joined projects, Project Roles, and Team Tags.

Update account access

From member details, you can update the member’s Admin Role if your own role allows it.


Admin Role controls account-level access, such as Members, Permissions, Admin Console, and other company-wide features.


Update project access

You can add the member to projects and assign a Project Role and Team Tags for each project.

A member can have different Project Roles in different projects.


Remove a member

If a member should no longer access your company account, remove or deactivate them from Members.


If they only need to leave one project, remove them from that project instead of removing them from the whole account.
