Remove from project vs remove from account
Removing a member from a project only removes their access to that project.
It does not remove them from your GoBuid account. If the person should no longer access your company account, remove or deactivate them from Members instead.
Remove a member from a project
- Open the project.
- Open the project member list.
- Find the member.
- Select the ... menu.
- Choose Remove from Project.
- Confirm the removal.
Remove project access from Members
- Go to Members.
- Select the member.
- Review their joined projects.
- Select the project menu.
- Choose Remove from Project.
- Confirm the removal.
What happens after removal
The member can no longer access that project or its project records.
Historical actions, comments, updates, approvals, or submitted records created by the member remain for audit and record history.
