1. Why can’t I see a project

You may not be added to the project

You can only see projects that you have access to.

If a project does not appear in your project list, ask a project manager or account admin to check whether you have been added to the project.


You may have been removed from the project

If you could see the project before but cannot see it now, you may have been removed from that project.

Ask a project manager or account admin to review your project access and role.


You may be in the wrong company account

If you belong to more than one company account, make sure you are viewing the correct one.

In the web app, use the company selector in the top-left corner to switch between company accounts you have joined.


Your invitation may not be accepted yet

If you were invited but have not accepted the invitation yet, the project may not appear for you.

Ask the inviter to confirm the invitation status. If you were invited by email, make sure you sign up or sign in with the same email address that received the invitation.


The project may be archived or deleted

Archived projects do not appear in the active project list.

On web or mobile, go to the Project page and select Archived to view archived projects. Only users with higher permission can archive and view archived projects.

If the project was deleted, it will no longer be available in the project list.


Who can help

Ask an Owner, Co-owner, Admin, or project manager to check:

  • Whether you are in the correct company account.
  • Whether you are added to the project.
  • Whether your invitation has been accepted.
  • Whether the project is active, archived, or deleted.
  • Whether your role allows you to view the project.
