On the Home Page, look for your avatar icon. This is typically a small image or representation of your user profile and is usually located in the top right corner of the page.Once you've found your avatar icon, click on it. Here you can make a change of:

• General
• Rename
• Add/ remove account owner
• Account console

General Settings:

1.Geofence Radius: This setting allows you to enable or disable a geofence radius. If enabled, it restricts equipment and worker check-ins or check-outs that occur outside the project area's geofence radius. This is often used for location-based access control or tracking.

2.Non-working Days: Enabling this option excludes non-working days from the calculation of continuous check-in duration for equipment that spans over multiple days. This helps in accurately tracking work hours.

3.Timesheet Settings:

Work Days and Work Hours: These settings affect the calculation of absence hours in the employee timesheet. It means that the timesheet system will take into account the configured workdays and work hours to calculate absences.

• Rename Account Name:

This option allows you to change the name associated with your account. The new account name will appear on invoices and exports. Users who are part of multiple accounts will see your account name in their account menu.

• Add/Remove Account Owner:

Account owners have full control over the GoBuid account. They can perform actions such as canceling, upgrading, downgrading, and accessing all data associated with the account. You can use this option to add or remove account owners as needed. Adding collaborators with account owner privileges can help manage the account effectively.
