Removing People
Step 1: Click on the "Members" Feature
Go to your team member management dashboard. Look for a section or button labeled "Members."
Step 2: Select the Member
Find the person you want to remove from the project by clicking on their avatar or profile picture.
Step 3: Define the Role
You might see options related to the person's role within the project, like Manager, Internal, or External. Click on the appropriate role icon.
Step 4: Remove from Project
Among the options presented, choose the one that says "Remove from project."
Important Note: When you remove someone from your account:
- They will be removed from all projects linked to this account.
- They won't be able to log in to this account again unless you re-invite them.
- Everything they've posted or contributed will remain in place.
- Any tasks, history, and files they were associated with, whether assigned or uploaded, will still display their name.
