How can I replace a billed user?


Because Pro or Pro Plus are billed per account member, instead of per user account, you can remove a billed user and replace them with someone else at no additional cost.

To replace a billed user:

  1. Remove the existing user from your account in the sidebar of the admin console.
  2. Invite a new user to the account.

As long as you don't exceed the number of member seats you've purchased, your credit card will not be billed for their access until the next billing cycle.

To check your account’s receipts, access the admin console and click Plans & Receipts in the sidebar. See how many seats have been purchased in the current billing cycle and compare that to the Account members page to ensure that a new seat will not be purchased.
