Categorization: Submissions are organized into folders and subfolders that match the template’s storage structure. The template name becomes a folder containing all submissions for that template.
Ways to Access:
From Template: Navigate to the template and click on the "View Submissions" link.
Submission Hyperlink: Direct link to the submission from notifications or the "Assigned to me" section.
Submissions Page: Go directly to the "Submissions" page and use the folder structure to locate the desired submission.
UI Display: Upon accessing a submission, the form name and associated project information appear in the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: View Submission Details
Submission List: Submissions are listed by reference number, with the submitted date displayed.
Navigation: Buttons allow users to jump to the previous or next submission.
UI Elements:
Reference Number: Displayed at the top right corner.
Submitted Date: Below the reference number.
Step 3: Explore Submission Tabs
Combined Tabs: Users can switch between different tabs within a single interface to access various aspects of the submission:
Content Tab: View the form submission details with a table of contents on the right for quick navigation.
History Tab: See a log of all changes and actions related to the submission (e.g., who assigned the form, who completed each step, and when).
Comment Tab: Add or view comments specific to the submission.
Progress Tab: View the current status of the form, including step completion, approvers, and timestamps.
Step 4: Edit Submission
Action: Click the "Resume Submission" button in the tab row to reopen the submission for editing.
Permissions: Only managers and above have access to this function.
Step 5: Version Management
UI Feature: A version dropdown may appear if the form has multiple versions due to different approval flow settings.
Step 6: Export as PDF
Action: Click the "Export as PDF" button to download the submission in PDF format.
