Navigating the Form Builder

Step 1: Access the Form Builder

Action: User opens the Form Builder. The default layout is displayed with the Library menu on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Use the Form Menu

Action: User navigates through the form menu to toggle between different sections:

  1. Field Options: Add new fields to the form.
  2. Widgets: Access additional tools (more features will be available in the future).
  3. Existing Fields: View and edit fields that have already been added to the form.
  4. Existing Pages: Manage the pages of the form or access “Workflows”.


Step 3: Configure Fields

Action: User clicks on any field in the form.

UI Response: A sidebar menu appears on the right-hand side, allowing the user to configure the selected field’s settings.


Step 4: Use the Choice Field

Action: If the user selects a Choice Field, additional configuration options are available.

Assign Value: The user can assign values to each option in the Choice Field.

Calculation Widget: The user can use the Calculation widget to sum up the scores from the Choice Field.

Step 5: Assign Content to Workflow Steps

Action: The user assigns content to specific steps in the workflow.

Option 1: Assign an entire page to a step.

Option 2: Assign specific fields to each step.

Step 6: Manage Field Visibility (Conditions Setting)

Action: If the user wants to hide certain fields, they access the Conditions Setting.

Outcome: Fields can be hidden based on specific conditions set by the user.
