1.3 Account Owner and Co-owner access

Each GoBuid account has one Account Owner. The Account Owner has full control over the company account and can assign trusted members as Co-owners.

Co-owners have broad access across the account, including projects, features, and the Admin Console. Choose Co-owners carefully because this role can access sensitive company and project information.

The Account Owner can:

  • View everything in the account
  • Access the Admin Console
  • Manage members
  • Add or remove Co-owners

The Account Owner is usually the person who created the GoBuid account. The Owner role is system-reserved and cannot be assigned like a normal role.

Co-owners have access similar to the Account Owner, including access to account-level settings and company-wide information.
