Assign Templates to Project

  1. Navigate to Project Form
    1. Go to Projects > Select a Project > Form.
    2. Next to the “Form” title, click the “Add” dropdown.


  1. Open Template Assignment
    1. From the dropdown, select “Add Templates”.
    2. A dialog opens with a description, a templates picker, and a folder picker.

  1. Choose Templates
    1. Click the [Choose templates] picker to open the Choose Templates dialog.
    2. Select templates:
      • Multiple selections allowed; selected templates turn blue.
      • A banner appears below showing {amount} selected with a “Done” button.
    3. Click Done: The selected templates are added to the template picker. The Add button is now enabled.

  1. Select Folder (Optional)
    1. Click the [Add to a folder] picker to open the Choose a Folder dialog.
    2. Select a folder:
      • Selected folder turns blue.
      • The “Done” button is enabled.
    3. Click Done: The selected folder is added to the folder picker.
  2. Add Templates
    1. Click the “Add” button.
    2. A Snackbar displays: [Template(s) added.]
    3. Templates appear as rows in the table under the project’s Form section.
