2.4 Why Can’t I See Some Features My Coworker Has
If your coworker can see a feature that you cannot, your access may be different. GoBuid access can depend on Admin Role, Project Role, project membership, and team tags.

Why access can be different
Different users may see different features because they have different roles or project access.
Common reasons include:
- Your Admin Role does not include access to that feature.
- Your Project Role does not allow that action in the project.
- You are not added to the same project.
- You do not have the required team tags for a form or submission workflow.
What to check
Ask an Owner, Co-owner, Admin, or project manager to check:
- Your Admin Role
- Your Project Role in the project
- Whether you are assigned to the correct project
- Whether your team tags match the workflow you need to access
Who can update your access
Users can only update roles or permissions when their own role allows it.
If you cannot change access yourself, ask someone with higher permission to update your role or project access.
