The To-Dos feature gives your team one place to review project work that needs attention. Instead of checking different areas one by one, you can use To-Dos to quickly switch between Tasks, Activities, and Submissions.

This helps teams get a clear overview of what needs to be done, what is in progress, and what may need follow-up.

What you can view in To-Dos

To-Dos includes tabs that let you switch between different types of project work:

  • Task: View and manage tasks assigned to your team.
  • Activity: Review activity-related work or follow-ups.
  • Submission: Review submission-related items that may need action.

These tabs make To-Dos a central entry point for checking project responsibilities at a glance.


Task To-Dos

Use the Task tab to create, assign, and track project tasks.

With Task To-Dos, you can:

  • Create tasks with descriptions and due dates
  • Assign tasks to team members
  • Update task status
  • Add comments or notes
  • Attach files or photos for context
  • Use filters to find specific tasks

Activity To-Dos

Use the Activity tab to review work connected to project activities.

Activity To-Dos help teams follow up on activity-related items without leaving the To-Dos area.


Submission To-Dos

Use the Submission tab to review work connected to form submissions.

Submission To-Dos help teams track submission-related items that may need review, action, or follow-up.
