Accepted payment methods
You can purchase a monthly or yearly GoBuid paid subscription with a major credit card.
Taxes and VAT
Prices are shown without taxes.
If GoBuid is legally required to collect VAT or other taxes based on your companyβs country or region, the tax is added at checkout before payment.
Find receipts
To find receipts:
- Open Admin console.
- Select Plans & Receipts.
- Review your billing records and purchased seats.
Upgrade from monthly to yearly
If you upgrade from monthly billing to yearly billing, GoBuid charges a prorated amount immediately for the yearly subscription.
Your contract is extended by one year. The upgrade date becomes the start date of your new yearly billing subscription.
Cancel a paid subscription
Only the billing owner of a paid account can cancel a paid subscription.
To cancel a paid plan:
- Log in to the GoBuid account you want to cancel.
- Select your profile photo in the top bar.
- Open Admin console.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Select Manage Plan.
- Cancel the paid subscription.
After cancellation, your paid features remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
GoBuid does not provide refunds for subscription cancellation.
