6. Rename your company

You can rename your company in GoBuid when the company name changes or needs to be corrected.

Changing the company name updates how the company appears in GoBuid for users who have access to the account.

Before you rename your company

Company settings are usually managed by users with account-level access.

If you cannot edit the company name, ask an account admin to check your permissions.

Rename your company

1. Sign in to GoBuid.
2. Open company or account settings.
3. Find the company name field.
4. Select the edit option.
5. Enter the new company name.
6. Select Update  or Save .

The company name will be updated in GoBuid.

After changing the company name

After the company name is updated:

• Users may see the new company name when switching accounts.
• Project and account access remain the same.
• Billing or legal records may still use existing account information unless those settings are updated separately.

If the new name does not appear right away, refresh the page or reopen the app.
