2. Trouble signing in to GoBuid

Check your email and password

If you cannot sign in, first check that your email and password are entered correctly.

Make sure:

  • You are using the email address connected to your GoBuid account.
  • There are no typos in your email address.
  • Caps Lock is off when entering your password.
  • You are signing in from the correct GoBuid web app or mobile app.

Reset your password

If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password on the login page.

Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the password reset email.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also ask your company admin to confirm which email address was invited to GoBuid.


Check your browser or app

If your password is correct but GoBuid still does not load, try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check your internet connection.
  3. Clear your browser cache.
  4. Update your browser.
  5. Try another supported browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
  6. If you are using the mobile app, update GoBuid to the latest version and reopen the app.

Make sure you are in the right account

If you belong to more than one company account, you may need to switch accounts after signing in.

In the web app, use the company selector in the top-left corner to switch between accounts you have joined.

Contact GoBuid Support if the issue continues.

Include:

  • The email address you use to sign in.
  • Whether you are using web or mobile.
  • The error message you see.
  • A screenshot, if possible.
