1. Sign in and out of GoBuid

GoBuid supports several sign-in methods so you can access your account securely from the web or mobile app.

Use this article to learn how to sign in with an email OTP, Google, or mobile biometric sign-in, and how to sign out when needed.

Sign in with email OTP

Email OTP is the main way to sign in to GoBuid.

  1. Open GoBuid on the web or mobile app.
  2. Select Log in   .
  3. Enter the email address connected to your GoBuid account.
  4. Check your email inbox for the one-time password or sign-in code.
  5. Enter the code in GoBuid.
  6. Continue to your account.

If you belong to more than one GoBuid account, you may need to choose which account to open after signing in. Learn more about switch accounts

Sign in with Google

If your GoBuid account is connected to Google, you can sign in with your Google account.

  1. Open the GoBuid login page.
  2. Select Sign in with Google   .
  3. Choose the Google account connected to GoBuid.
  4. Follow the Google sign-in prompts.
  5. Continue to GoBuid.

Use the same Google account that was invited to GoBuid. If you choose a different Google account, GoBuid may not find your workspace access.

Use biometric sign-in on mobile

On supported mobile devices, you can use biometric sign-in after your account has been set up on the GoBuid mobile app.

Biometric sign-in may use Face ID, Touch ID, or the biometric option supported by your device.

To use biometric sign-in:

  1. Open the GoBuid mobile app.
  2. Follow the biometric prompt on your device.
  3. Continue to your GoBuid account.

If biometric sign-in is not available, sign in with email OTP or Google.

Sign out of GoBuid

Web

  1. Open your profile or account menu.
  2. Select Log out   .
  3. You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.

Mobile

  1. Tap your avatar.
  2. Open Settings   .
  3. Select Log out   .

Troubleshooting sign-in

If you cannot sign in:

  • Check that you are using the email address connected to your GoBuid account.
  • Check your spam or junk folder for the OTP email.
  • Request a new OTP if the code expired.
  • If using Google, make sure you selected the Google account connected to GoBuid.
  • If using biometric sign-in, try signing in again with email OTP.

If you still cannot access your account, contact GoBuid support.
